I got the chance to write a research brief recently - about how frequent relapse occurs in clients who recover from anxiety and depression. If you want the TLDR - a very high percentage of people who recover do relapse, and relapse rates are lower for those who have had a reliable relapse prevention intervention - like TEAM-CBT.
